We are one of the largest privately owned Independent Palm Oil Millers in Malaysia, processing over 2.5 millions metric tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) annually which is equivalent to 135,000 hectares of oil palm plantations. Over the years, we have also successfully created a paradigm shift, developing from an Independent Palm Miller into Green Independent Power Producer, a cutting edge in generating green electricity to de-carbonise the Malaysian electricity grid.

 

BELL Group is the pioneer and mastermind behind the use and promotion of renewable energy in green energy supply. We have developed a breakthrough model to counter growing environmental concerns surrounding the local palm oil industry – a shift that has propelled the group to emerge as a Green Independent Power Producer.

 

Our body of work includes biomass and biogas co-generation plants for on-grid application, off-grid electrification and energy efficiency that can fully transform Malaysia’s energy infrastructure.

 

We aim to initiate a multi-stakeholder input to develop a package of low-cost, energy-efficient renewable energy resources that can compete with traditional fossil-fuel power as a practical solution.
