At our palm oil mills, we harness the energy from biomass (palm shells, mesocarp fibres, and empty fruit bunch fibres) with the use of low pressure boilers.

 

The flue gas generated from the combustion of biomass is treated and made harmless prior to being released into the atmosphere.
